关于国际驾照,各国要求汇总
不少微友为了中国驾照在国外租车为了不少问题而纠结，因此提供一些信息供参考，不尽之处，请予补充！
首先，先说下国际驾照，真正的国际驾照的英文是：InternationalDriving Permit，这个东西中国驾照是没法办的，因为中国不是这个国际协定的参加国。
IDP在每个国家驾照管理机构或者指定机构办理，价格不贵，有效期1年，必须和原驾照同时使用才有效。在美国，IDP由AAA颁发，只要15美元，带着照片和驾照到任一一个AAA，填张表，立等可取。其它所有的所谓国际驾照（常见的有international driving document和international driving license）都不是真正的国际驾照，法律效力还不及翻译公证件是假的，大家不要上当。
本文附上的各国的对于驾照的规定都是官方的，会附上相应的网址。但是请注意，符合这些规定，并不一定就能租到车，这个还需要看租车行的具体规定；同样不符合规定也不一定就租不到车，但不符合规定一定就是无照驾驶，一旦被警察查到，有可能就是刑事罪，出了事也没有保险。通俗地说，我有一辆车（租车行），你来管我借，你有合法的驾驶资格，但是我不一定就会租给你，同样你就是没有合法证件，我由于各种原因最后还是把车给你了，但是你能开么？所以大家一定要慎重，尤其是在发达国家，法就是一切，千万不要钻空子。另外要注意的一点是，你在一地合法的租到车，开到另一个地方之后并不一定仍能合法驾驶，最典型的例子就是从美国纽约（纽约州承认中国驾照）租车开到波士顿（马萨诸塞州不承认中国驾照），相信申根国之间也有这样的情况。
另外，本文所说的情况仅限旅游签证入境。

英国
必须有：有效的中国驾照

德国

在德意志联邦共和国境内，持中国机动车驾驶证者若不定居，可按照驾驶证载明的准驾车型驾驶机动车。但必须注意以下要求和限制：
根据德国驾驶证使用规定，。：http://www.justiz-dolmetscher.de/或者也可携带一份经相关负责德国驻华使领馆认证过的附有德文译文的中国机动车驾驶证。
持香港机动车驾驶证者不必携带德文译文。
如果机动车驾驶人在德国定居，则中国机动车驾驶证及其德文译文最多可使用 6个月。6个月过后，中国机动车驾驶证就不被德国认可，机动车驾驶人必须在德国办理机动车驾驶证。
关于德国机动车驾驶证的获得及所需条件，请及时与住处机动车驾驶证主管部门联系。如果机动车驾驶人能够证明，其在德意志联邦共和国定居时间不超过12个月，则可根据申请破例将其中国机动车驾驶证在德国的使用期再延长6个月。
持不或不再被德国认可的外国机动车驾驶证驾驶机动车辆，将被视为无证驾驶加以处罚。

Driving inAustralia on an Overseas Driver's LicenceOverseas drivers visitingAustralia, who do not hold a permanent visa, will be regarded as 'visitingdrivers' and can use their valid overseas licence to drive. Most Australianstates and territories (the exception being the Northern Territory) allowvisiting drivers to drive indefinitely on their overseas licence as long as itis current. It is only when there is a change in visa/citizenship status or theoverseas licence expires that an overseas driver is required to take out anAustralian issued driver licence. In the Northern Territory a person isrequired to obtain a Northern Territory issued driver's licence after threemonths or apply to be granting an exemption from holding a local licence ifthey wish to continue to drive.
It is important to remember that a person canonly drive vehicles which their overseas licence authorises them to drive andthey must drive according to any conditions on their overseas licence.
Please be aware that a person who is driving inAustralia must carry the overseas licence with them at all times whilst drivingalong with either an International driving permit OR an English translation ifthe overseas licence is not written in English.

· youroverseas licence is current and valid, and
· you'venot received a disqualification or suspension in New Zealand, and
· you lastentered New Zealand less than 12 months ago, and
· youroverseas licence is in English; if it's not, you must have an accurate translation, and
· you'venot been granted a New Zealand driver licence.
· If your overseasdriver licence or permit isn't in English you must carry an accurateEnglish translation. The translation must be provided by: (1) aNZ Transport Agency authorised translation service, or (2) adiplomatic representative at a high commission, embassy orconsulate, or (3) the authority that issued your overseas licence(an International Driving Permit may be acceptable as a translation).
